If the CO and XO don't have their own Internet Service Provider (ISP) or School Account POP-3 Email Address, You Will Need To Obtain A Current MFI Member As A Sponsor. Real names must be used on the application. Fictitious names can be added to the contact page after the application has been processed.

Warning:

If you are going to be a Dual Affiliated Chapter check with your current organization for any rules or By-Laws that may prohibit this. Dual Affiliated status will not affect your MFI Membership.
